Sharie was the young ladies name that was working when we checked in and she was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I did not realized I had booked a smoking room till she mentioned it and she went above and beyond to put us in a room that wasn’t smoking and would still work for our family. They did not have hot breakfast but had an amazing cold breakfast you could pick from which did include a breakfast sandwich you just had to warm up in your room.

I loved the fact that the staff I encountered (Cassandra,April,and Andrea)made me feel like we already knew each other. They had familiar face, we are family kind of vibe about them. The room was perfect. They served hot breakfast and it was delicious. Yadira check me out and she was very nice and accommodating. She answered my questions with a smile. Everything was exceptional. I will be returning.

this was a last-minute booking and we were so pleased that there was a room available, especially since we came with our cat. so pleased that Kattie at the front desk was in constant contact to make sure we were comfortable and happy with our room. Thank you so much for the amazing stay.

The front desk staff when I checked in and out were amazing! Very friendly and welcoming. I had some issues with my room as well as the booking through the 3rd party… Kattie made sure she fixed all issues as well as accommodating my family due to the mishap.
