Homewood Suites by Hilton Chester

Good sized room and bathroom. Plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. Great television on which to watch awful American TV channels. Staff with only one exception were friendly and helpful.

One on the best rooms I have stayed in. If have to spend time in your room this is great for two. Nice small kitchen with a 2 burner cook top and a full refrigerator with your own ice maker. There was also a small table to eat at or use a computer.

I loved the room, location, and was greeted with a friendly welcome. The location was in a great area with stores, restaurants, and gas stations around. Very convenient.

I loved the fact that the staff I encountered (Cassandra,April,and Andrea)made me feel like we already knew each other. They had familiar face, we are family kind of vibe about them. The room was perfect. They served hot breakfast and it was delicious. Yadira check me out and she was very nice and accommodating. She answered my questions with a smile. Everything was exceptional. I will be returning.

Sharie was the young ladies name that was working when we checked in and she was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I did not realized I had booked a smoking room till she mentioned it and she went above and beyond to put us in a room that wasn’t smoking and would still work for our family. They did not have hot breakfast but had an amazing cold breakfast you could pick from which did include a breakfast sandwich you just had to warm up in your room.
